Solid Solutions are for the sixth succesive year the Top UK reseller.

Clearly there are lots of awards for all aspects of SolidWorks business ......these include support, training, staff and sales. As a company we started the business in 11th place in the UK and through continual improvement and focus on customer support we have consistently achieved the number one position. This has been without merger or aquisition and is through good recruiting, training, strong culture and organic growth.

The original owners and management team all still lead the business and now with more than 40 engineers we have the most qualified and skilled support team allowing us to support ever more sophisticated solutions.

In 2008 we also gained Elite Status for our Support and were also rewarded with 'SolidWorks Engineer of the Year (well done Jeremy Slatem!)

We have already had the results from our first customer satisfaction survey in 2009 with this beating all previous results. 82% scored 5/5 and of the 1,000+ customers surveyed with +80% of calls solved within two hours. In 2009 we plan to further recruit and invest to ensure greater market presence for the delivery and support of SolidWorks 2009 and beyond.
