The SolidWorks Cadconnect business (commenced 2001) has recently merged with Solid Solutions Mangement, the UK's largest solutions, training and support provider for SolidWorks.
In addition to the current Cadconnect support team Solid Solutions Management backs this up with more than fifty people and invests continuously in developing staff to both better understand customer needs and to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction possible. Our support team are very specifcally goaled on attainment of measureable CAD related competencies, we also actively measure customer satisfaction from both internal and externally contracted surveys.
